QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Associate Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions across manufacturing and fit‑out projects. The role ensures compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and industry regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Create written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital quality tracking and reporting systems such as dashboards and barcode solutions.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits across joinery, metal, polishing and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Prepare QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead and develop the QA/QC team, providing training and mentoring.
• Analyse customer feedback and implement measures to reduce recurring issues.
• Drive business improvement initiatives and maintain a library of SOPs.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
