QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and relevant regulations. This role is pivotal in establishing robust quality systems and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO9001 and FSC standards.
• Create written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital quality tracking and reporting tools such as dashboards and barcode systems.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits across joinery, metal, polishing and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Produce QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead the QA/QC team and collaborate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Implement training programs to raise quality awareness and develop future leaders.
• Analyse customer feedback and implement measures to reduce recurring issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.
