QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

We are seeking a QA/QC Associate Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities. The role ensures compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and industry regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Develop written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital quality tracking and reporting tools such as dashboards and barcode systems.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks, and final product audits across joinery, metal, polishing, and packaging departments.
• Ensure use of approved materials and compliance with drawings and method statements.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Produce QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvement initiatives and launch actions.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead the QA/QC team, coordinating with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Deliver training programs to raise quality awareness and develop future leaders.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement measures to reduce recurring issues.
• Drive business improvement initiatives and maintain a library of SOPs for quality processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven ability to implement digital quality systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
