Quality Controller

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking an experienced Quality Controller to uphold and improve quality standards across its fit‑out, joinery and metal‑work manufacturing operations in Bahrain. You will lead the development and implementation of quality systems, conduct audits, and work closely with production, purchasing and setting‑out teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain quality policies, procedures and manuals.
• Implement quality systems on the shop‑floor and ensure compliance.
• Identify potential quality lapses, conduct root‑cause investigations and apply preventive actions.
• Define testing criteria, manage testing resources and oversee daily quality audits.
• Report audit results to management and coordinate corrective actions.
• Supervise the quality control team and ensure timely testing of products.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of quality control experience in shop‑fitting, joinery or related manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common fit‑out materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
