Quality Engineer – Manufacturing (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking ten motivated Quality Engineers to join a reputable manufacturing company in Bahrain. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting production teams through robust quality management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct root‑cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve production processes.
• Maintain and audit the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Design of Experiments (DOE) to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and manage documentation, including inspection reports and audit records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support on‑site audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Polymer or Composite Materials, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Age between 23 and 30 years, proactive and outgoing personality.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, travel for business, and adapt to different cultures.
