Reservation Agent

About the role
As a Reservation Agent you are the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. You will create a welcoming impression and ensure that every booking reflects the high standards of the Accor brand.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging service to all reservation inquiries.
- Select the best room options for guests while maximizing revenue through up‑selling.
- Promote hotel facilities and handle special requests.
- Enter reservation details, manage rooming lists and keep the system up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Guest‑focused personality.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Opera or a comparable property management system.
