About the role

As a Reservation Agent you are the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. You will create a welcoming impression and ensure that every booking reflects the high standards of the Accor brand.

Key responsibilities

Provide friendly, engaging service to all reservation inquiries.
Select the best room options for guests while maximizing revenue through up‑selling.
Promote hotel facilities and handle special requests.
Enter reservation details, manage rooming lists and keep the system up‑to‑date.

Required profile

Guest‑focused personality.
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

Experience with Opera or a comparable property management system.
