Sales Administration Manager – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager to lead its automotive sales administration team. The role ensures smooth processing of vehicle sales, from order entry to hand‑over, while supporting the sales department’s high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and evaluate the sales administration team, managing daily operations.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end sales administration process, including order entry, contract generation and vehicle hand‑over.
• Ensure all sales documentation—financial agreements, registration forms and invoices—is accurate and compliant.
• Develop and refine administrative processes to boost efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM and other company systems.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
• Liaise with finance, logistics, after‑sales and other internal teams to guarantee seamless workflow.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to optimise stock levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Administration Manager or senior administrative role within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Bahraini automotive market and regulations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM software and data management.
