CRM Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated CRM Representative to join our team in Sitrah, Bahrain. In this full‑time position you will manage and nurture customer relationships across multiple industries, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer data within our CRM system.
• Develop and implement strategies to build strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
• Generate regular reports on CRM activities, interactions, and key performance metrics.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, providing support for a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a CRM, customer service, or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
