About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the commercial strategy for a reputable petroleum, oil & gas and power company operating in Bahrain. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on driving revenue growth across all market segments while managing a team of sales engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales strategies and targets aligned with corporate objectives.
- Coach, mentor and monitor the performance of the sales team, ensuring KPI achievement and high conversion rates.
- Lead high‑level negotiations with key clients and maintain strategic relationships.
- Analyse market trends, forecast sales, and manage budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure product knowledge and alignment with customer needs.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of experience in sales within the petroleum, oil & gas or power sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and client‑relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
