About the role
The Senior Project Engineer will independently lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client hand‑over to site completion, ensuring efficient execution with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire project on‑site, from possession of the unit to final handover.
- Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
- Optimize resource use including labour, materials and equipment.
- Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
- Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendors and trades.
- Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, safety and contract administration.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience in similar fit‑out or construction projects.
- Strong technical and execution capabilities.
- Background with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforce.
- Excellent communication skills in a multinational environment.
- Valid local driving licence.
