Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor & QA/QC Engineer – Bahrain

About the role

We are a leading contracting and ready‑mix company in Bahrain seeking experienced professionals for three key positions: Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor and QA/QC Engineer. The roles focus on road and infrastructure projects, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to manage commercial, contractual and quality activities.

Key responsibilities

• Senior Quantity Surveyor: prepare BOQs, cost estimates, valuations, final accounts; manage contract administration, variations and claims; monitor budgets, cash flow and commercial reporting.
• Quantity Surveyor: produce quantity take‑offs, BOQs and valuations; assist cost control, evaluate subcontractor payments and maintain QS documentation.
• QA/QC Engineer: implement QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections and audits, prepare quality documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Senior Quantity Surveyor: minimum 10 years experience on road & infrastructure projects.
• Quantity Surveyor: 5‑10 years experience, proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• QA/QC Engineer: 5‑10 years experience, strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures and ITPs.
