Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Site Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end execution across multiple fit‑out sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys and supervise interior‑finish setting out/marking.
• Prepare BOQs with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant trades.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies or incidents immediately.
• Liaise with factory teams for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the PM and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets, work extended hours when required, and verify as‑built quantities for final accounts.
• Prepare O&M manuals and provide guidance to the project team.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven track record on diverse projects such as hospitality, high‑end residential, retail, education, and health.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution abilities.
• Solid understanding of all trades involved in fit‑out, including MEP.
