Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor position is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Capital Governorate of Bahrain. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repair, creating accurate job orders and ensuring a smooth service experience from arrival to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, listen to their service needs and create detailed job orders.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to schedule and prioritize work.
• Advise customers on recommended services, explain technical information in clear terms.
• Provide regular updates on job progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Explain service invoices, address queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Promote after‑sales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow company processes, safety guidelines and contribute to service department targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with a focus on service satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills for explaining technical options.
• Understanding of after‑sales operations, parts and warranty procedures.
• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer‑focused role is preferred.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and service terminology, with willingness to learn brand‑specific systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple cases and meet quality targets.
• Relevant vocational or diploma‑level qualification in automotive, business or related field is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an added benefit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with service management or dealership management systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office (MS Office) skills.
• Fundamental technical knowledge of vehicle systems and service terminology.
