Service Supervisor – Technical Support & Field Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our field service team in delivering technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for generator and material handling equipment. The role involves coordinating daily service activities, guiding engineers and technicians, and ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field service operations, planning and execution.
• Lead service engineers and technicians in troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and maintenance according to company standards.
• Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams for complex issues.
• Conduct site visits for critical breakdowns, warranty cases, commissioning, and escalations.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and service partners.
• Design and deliver technical training programs for customers, dealers, and service teams.
• Monitor warranty cases, technical complaints, and field issues, ensuring proper documentation and root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare service reports, inspection and commissioning documents, and share technical feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, engineering, and factory teams to resolve technical concerns and identify service‑related sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar service supervisory role.
• Technical background with experience in industrial equipment or related sectors.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
