About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join the team at The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa in Manama. The successful candidate will deliver personalized treatments, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable and relaxing experience in our luxury spa environment. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor throughout their visit.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments, adhering to the hotel’s standards for quality and service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms, including restocking supplies.
• Assist with general spa operations such as laundry, relaxation room upkeep, and public area cleanliness.
• Continuously develop therapeutic skills through assessment and training programs.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and grow as a therapist through ongoing training.
• Immaculate personal appearance, grooming, and adherence to uniform standards.
• Ability to represent the spa and hotel positively while on duty.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
