Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to lead the creation, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth. The role works closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to evaluate market opportunities, analyse performance, and shape plans that align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate and business‑unit strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead strategic planning, annual business planning and performance‑management processes.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and industry assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse financial, operational and market data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and strategic proposals for new initiatives.
• Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and market‑expansion opportunities where applicable.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive transformation and operational excellence.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate strategic performance.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations and strategic updates for senior management.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and stakeholder‑engagement sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of corporate strategy, business planning, market analysis and performance management.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, business modelling, strategic frameworks and performance‑measurement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex business and financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Professional certifications in Strategy, Project Management, Business Analysis or Finance are a plus.
