Technical Sales Engineer – Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer specialized in maintenance to grow our business relationships. The ideal candidate combines solid technical knowledge of firefighting and fire alarm systems with a sociable, outgoing personality to build rapport with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create new Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales proposals, perform estimations and submit offers.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on firefighting systems and fire alarm installations.
• Conduct routine inspections and functional testing in line with applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports, inspection records and service documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors and technical teams to ensure efficient completion of maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls when required.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of the company’s products.
