About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Commis II and help brighten guests’ days by preparing high‑quality bakery items and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breakfast pastries, breads, rolls and selected desserts for restaurants and banquets.
- Manage guest orders efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, control quality and perform inventory checks.
- Inspect all preparations and plated dishes to meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, stocked and sanitary workspace while following food safety and storage protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership and a strong sense of ownership.
