About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, guiding them through arrival and departure experiences while delivering personalized services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
- Gather and provide information about property amenities, local events, and activities.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks.
- Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well‑being.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
