Food & Beverage Team Leader – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Food & Beverage Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the F&B department at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, a luxury beachfront resort. The role involves motivating staff, ensuring service standards, and delivering seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of the F&B team.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Create and enforce timelines, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure guests, clients and personnel are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
• Brief staff on duties before shifts, compile duty rosters and adjust schedules as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Basic computer knowledge with intermediate technical aptitude.
• Experience handling telephone enquiries.
• Familiarity with the Micros Cashiering system.
