About the role
The Food & Beverage Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the F&B department at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, a luxury beachfront resort. The role involves motivating staff, ensuring service standards, and delivering seamless guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities of the F&B team.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Create and enforce timelines, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure guests, clients and personnel are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
- Brief staff on duties before shifts, compile duty rosters and adjust schedules as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Basic computer knowledge with intermediate technical aptitude.
- Experience handling telephone enquiries.
- Familiarity with the Micros Cashiering system.
