Odoo Implementer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Implementer to join our team and deliver tailored ERP solutions. You will work closely with business units to configure, customize, and support Odoo modules that meet specific operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Configure and deploy Odoo solutions for departments such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and HR.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems and external APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing Odoo implementations.
• Optimize performance and maintain system stability.
• Gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide user training and create documentation for deployed solutions.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo.
• Good understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM).
• Basic knowledge of Python and the Odoo ORM framework.
• Familiarity with ERP implementation processes and business workflows.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
