Training & People Success Specialist

About the role

The Training & People Success Specialist will drive employee growth, engagement and performance across the YMA region. Working closely with managers and HR partners, you will design, coordinate and continuously improve learning initiatives that align with business goals and support the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis with managers to identify skill gaps.
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual and blended training programs.
• Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, e‑learning modules and job aids.
• Coordinate external training providers, certification bodies and manage logistics.
• Maintain training calendars, records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee graduate trainee programs, including recruitment, onboarding, rotations and evaluations.
• Manage internship cycles from selection to exit assessments.
• Facilitate mandatory onboarding, employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• Support HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in learning and development, training coordination or similar HR functions.
• Strong analytical ability to assess training effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
