About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives for our organization in Manama, Bahrain. This full‑time position is open to Bahraini nationals who hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential client segments.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Lead negotiations and close business agreements that align with company objectives.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role.
- Bahraini nationality as a mandatory requirement.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
