About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives for our organization in Manama, Bahrain. This full‑time position is open to Bahraini nationals who hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential client segments.
Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners.
Lead negotiations and close business agreements that align with company objectives.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role.
Bahraini nationality as a mandatory requirement.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
