Client Advisor

About the role

As a Client Advisor at LOEWE, you will deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients, fostering long‑lasting relationships and promoting the brand’s heritage. You will work in a fast‑moving, ambitious environment where creativity and passion for fashion are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
• Connect with clients in an engaging, emotional way to provide a memorable experience.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication (email, phone, messages, personalized notes).
• Master and convey LOEWE’s brand history and heritage.
• Highlight product categories using product knowledge and storytelling.
• Develop and update client books using company tools.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to store-wide goals.
• Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
• Maintain products in an organized, clean, and secure manner, both front‑ and back‑of‑house.
• Support inventory management and ad‑hoc back‑of‑house tasks.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and behavioural guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience meeting individual targets and contributing to team results.
• Background in a customer‑centric role, preferably retail.
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Inclusive, open‑minded, confident, service‑oriented, adaptable and empathetic.
• Effective communication skills for building and maintaining a client portfolio.
• Results‑driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team‑player attitude.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
