About the role
Gulf Tobacco Company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Support professional to join its manufacturing team in Hidd, Bahrain. The role focuses on providing L2/L3 technical assistance, developing SSRS reports, and maintaining system processes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver L2/L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (on‑premises) environments.
- Develop, deploy and maintain SSRS reports for finance and production modules.
- Troubleshoot system issues, including X++, batch jobs, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers and business users to resolve technical problems and optimise processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong command of English and Arabic.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
