Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a technically strong and detail‑oriented professional who will combine electrical engineering expertise with quality engineering responsibilities. The role supports the development, testing and validation of electrical systems while ensuring that all deliverables meet defined safety, performance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications and related technical documentation.
• Support development, testing, inspection and validation of electrical components and systems.
• Identify defects, non‑conformities and potential quality risks, and drive root‑cause investigations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures, inspection criteria and testing requirements.
• Monitor quality performance, analyse test and inspection data and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical and quality standards, specifications and internal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, systems, components, testing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of quality‑control processes, non‑conformance management and corrective/preventive action methodologies.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications and test results.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, well‑organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
