Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance to support our growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the role combines leadership of the finance team with hands‑on financial reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, board presentations and cost‑of‑capital reports.
• Oversee intercompany balances and transactions across group entities.
• Prepare the annual consolidated budget and manage internal and external audit processes, including drafting audited financial statements.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial reporting and analysis to support the GCFO’s decisions.
• Maintain bank facility schedules, conduct comparative analyses for renewals and prepare reports for bank meetings.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting, routine banking transactions and respond to financial institution information requests.
• Track foreign‑exchange deals, monitor maturity dates and FX movements to aid currency bookings.
• Gather insurance requirements, evaluate policies, source quotations and prepare documentation for management and board approvals.
• Supervise Financial Analysts and Accountants to ensure accurate ERP entries, payroll reconciliations and timely payments.
• Oversee fixed‑asset registers, accrual entries, VAT return support and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Deliver monthly entity financial statements and consolidated reporting in line with IFRS and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA).
• Minimum 10 years of finance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS and reporting requirements.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
