About the role
Accor, a hospitality group with more than 45 brands across 110 countries, is hiring a Front Office Receptionist for its hotel in Manama. The role welcomes guests, handles check-ins and check-outs and covers cashiering, foreign exchange and night audit tasks. It is a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival and departure
- Register and process check-ins for all arrivals
- Handle check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Update guest information in the computer after a complete check-in
- Cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audit tasks and guest settlement on departure
Required profile
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role in the hotel industry
- Experience in a 3- to 4-star hotel in the same position
- Solid professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work as a team player
Required skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Resourcefulness and proactivity when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks
