About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant restaurant team as a Hostess at CLAW BBQ, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and help create memorable dining experiences. You will work on the front‑of‑house, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and well‑informed from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer queries promptly and courteously, and manage seating arrangements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, specials, and all restaurant products.
• Take and relay messages accurately, following Hilton’s reporting procedures.
• Uphold Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health‑and‑safety policies.
