Massage Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Massage Therapist to join our team at the Downtown Rotana Hotel in Manama. You will provide a range of body‑conditioning treatments and massages to hotel guests and leisure club members, ensuring a relaxing and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑body massages using techniques such as kneading, rubbing and stroking to improve circulation and relieve muscle tension.
• Administer steam, dry‑heat, ultraviolet, infrared or water treatments upon client request.
• Guide clients on remedial or reducing exercises and record each treatment accurately.
• Maintain tidy treatment rooms, ensuring all supplies (towels, candles, oils, etc.) are stocked.
• Handle reservations for massage and treatment packages.
• Deliver services with a high level of professionalism and personal hygiene.
• Understand club facilities, membership pricing and provide accurate information to guests.

Required profile

• Certified Massage Therapist with international experience in a hotel or spa environment.
• Proficient in a wide range of massage techniques and body‑conditioning treatments.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Team player comfortable working in a multicultural setting.
