Partnership Manager – Bahrain

About the role

Privilee is a lifestyle membership brand giving members free access to hotels, beach clubs, fitness venues and dining partners. It is looking for an energetic, tenacious negotiator with a strong commercial mindset to join its team in Bahrain as Partnership Manager. You will manage and grow the portfolio of hotel, beach club, fitness and dining partnerships, open new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and drive value through strategic vision and sound commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the Bahrain market landscape and own the market with the team, delivering insights to headquarters
• Analyse fitness and lifestyle behaviour among locals and expats to refine and grow the product
• Identify opportunities to expand the partner portfolio in line with long-term strategy
• Keep up with area trends and respond with commercially sound solutions
• Assess market and competitor movements, regularly analysing and sharing competitor partnership and activity insights
• Cultivate and strengthen existing partnerships, explore ways to add value, and oversee daily operations at key partners
• Support partners and share operational insight reports regularly with the Regional Manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in leisure, hospitality or a related industry
• Track record of negotiating and managing partnerships and achieving mutually beneficial agreements
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially in face-to-face interaction
• Self-driven, able to work independently and manage priorities outside a traditional office setting
