Procurement Manager / Procurement Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Procurement Manager / Supervisor to oversee purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily procurement activities aligned with operational requirements and business priorities.
• Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with reliable suppliers, request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Review purchase requests for accuracy, budget alignment and compliance, and process purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, delivery reliability and resolve related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and contracts.
• Analyze purchasing trends and market conditions to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth supply processes.
• Prepare procurement reports, monitor KPIs and provide updates on supplier performance.
• Guide and supervise procurement team members where applicable.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of purchasing procedures, supplier evaluation and quotation analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Professional approach to confidentiality, ethical sourcing and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems.
