Project Engineer – Mechanical Installation (Bahrain)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead mechanical installation activities on site in Bahrain. The role involves supervising teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on‑site.
• Monitor project progress against approved plans and schedules.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and workforce activities.
• Review technical drawings and specifications before and during execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and project documentation.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure availability of materials, equipment and manpower as required.
• Identify technical issues and implement practical engineering solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Bahrain.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical installation, MEP, industrial or construction projects.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence (preferred).
• Ability to join immediately.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
