Project Engineer – Mechanical

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead and support industrial construction projects across Bahrain and the GCC. The role involves managing site activities from award through completion, ensuring technical excellence, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules.
• Prepare method statements for various project activities.
• Manage site activities for industrial projects from award through completion.
• Execute equipment installation, piping, and structural works as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil and electrical & instrumentation disciplines for site activities.
• Control manpower and ensure effective utilization of site equipment.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial construction, shutdown or maintenance projects.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to join immediately or with short notice.
• Willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations.
