About the role

The company is a leading interior fit‑out contractor in Bahrain seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities across furniture manufacturing and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage a team of 10 QA/QC associates.
Implement and maintain ISO standards throughout projects.
Develop and oversee testing procedures and risk assessments.
Ensure all quality documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align quality objectives.
Monitor project quality plans and performance metrics.

Required profile

8–12 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in furniture manufacturing or interior fit‑out.
Proven experience with ISO implementation.
Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
