QA/QC Manager – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role
The company is a leading interior fit‑out contractor in Bahrain seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities across furniture manufacturing and fit‑out projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 QA/QC associates.
- Implement and maintain ISO standards throughout projects.
- Develop and oversee testing procedures and risk assessments.
- Ensure all quality documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align quality objectives.
- Monitor project quality plans and performance metrics.
Required profile
- 8–12 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in furniture manufacturing or interior fit‑out.
- Proven experience with ISO implementation.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
