About the role
Our client, a leading group launching a new kids park in Bahrain, is seeking a Retail Specialist to join the on‑site store team in Manama. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an attractive retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service, answer queries and complete sales transactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets by promoting product features and upselling higher‑margin items.
- Maintain store presentation by arranging displays, merchandising products and ensuring shelves are stocked.
- Handle inventory tasks including stock replenishment, record‑keeping and processing returns or exchanges according to policy.
- Collaborate with fellow retail staff to ensure smooth store operations.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Familiarity with the specific retail sector of the store.
- Strong communication, time‑management and teamwork abilities.
- Basic understanding of inventory control practices.
