About the role

Our client, a leading group launching a new kids park in Bahrain, is seeking a Retail Specialist to join the on‑site store team in Manama. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an attractive retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide friendly customer service, answer queries and complete sales transactions.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets by promoting product features and upselling higher‑margin items.
Maintain store presentation by arranging displays, merchandising products and ensuring shelves are stocked.
Handle inventory tasks including stock replenishment, record‑keeping and processing returns or exchanges according to policy.
Collaborate with fellow retail staff to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

Minimum high school diploma.
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
Familiarity with the specific retail sector of the store.
Strong communication, time‑management and teamwork abilities.
Basic understanding of inventory control practices.
