Site Engineer – Bahrain

About the role

Gulf Shade is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee the execution of steel structure and tensile shade projects in Bahrain. The role involves ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site execution of steel and tensile shade projects.
• Ensure work quality aligns with drawings, specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, safety and quality compliance.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structures and tensile shade works.
• Strong site supervision and technical knowledge.
• Ability to read and execute engineering drawings.
• Fluent Arabic speaking.
• Leadership and communication abilities.
