About the role
Gulf Shade is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee the execution of steel structure and tensile shade projects in Bahrain. The role involves ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Manage on‑site execution of steel and tensile shade projects.
- Ensure work quality aligns with drawings, specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, safety and quality compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports and updates.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structures and tensile shade works.
- Strong site supervision and technical knowledge.
- Ability to read and execute engineering drawings.
- Fluent Arabic speaking.
- Leadership and communication abilities.
