About the role

Gulf Shade is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee the execution of steel structure and tensile shade projects in Bahrain. The role involves ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery on‑site.

Key responsibilities

Manage on‑site execution of steel and tensile shade projects.
Ensure work quality aligns with drawings, specifications and standards.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
Monitor project progress, safety and quality compliance.
Prepare daily and weekly site reports and updates.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structures and tensile shade works.
Strong site supervision and technical knowledge.
Ability to read and execute engineering drawings.
Fluent Arabic speaking.
Leadership and communication abilities.
