Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Acquisition Manager to design and execute data‑driven customer acquisition strategies that accelerate growth and increase market share. This fully remote position works closely with marketing, sales, product and analytics teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement acquisition strategies across digital and growth channels.
• Manage paid campaigns on search, social, display and other platforms.
• Optimize acquisition funnels to boost conversion rates and ROI.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Oversee acquisition budgets, forecasting and channel performance.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities and emerging channels.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve effectiveness.
• Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion and retention.
• Produce growth reports, dashboards and strategic recommendations.
• Manage relationships with advertising platforms, agencies and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Communications or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in customer acquisition, growth or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of successful acquisition campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, conversion optimization and customer funnels.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project‑management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
• Commercial mindset with a data‑driven approach.
