Adventure & Activities Guide – Eco Resort

About the role

As an Adventure & Activities Guide at Hawar Resort by Mantis, you will lead a variety of land and sea experiences, ensuring guests enjoy safe, memorable adventures while supporting the resort’s conservation ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate water‑based activities such as snorkeling, fishing and other marine experiences, maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Coordinate and deliver land‑based adventures including desert mountain biking, safari tours, hiking and camping.
• Provide clear activity briefings, personalized guest interaction and exceptional service throughout each experience.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections, risk assessments and uphold health‑safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional resort teams to ensure seamless operation of activity programmes and contribute innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience guiding adventure and outdoor activities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong swimming ability with proven experience in snorkeling and fishing.
• Proficiency in desert mountain biking, safari guiding, hiking and camping.
• Valid GCC driving licence.
