About the role

As an Adventure & Activities Guide at Hawar Resort by Mantis, you will lead a variety of land and sea experiences that create memorable moments for our eco‑focused guests. The role blends excitement, safety, and guest interaction while supporting the resort’s conservation ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Lead water‑based activities such as snorkeling, fishing and guided marine tours, ensuring safety and high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate land‑based adventures including desert mountain biking, safari tours, hiking and camping.
• Provide clear activity briefings, personalized guest interaction and exceptional service throughout each experience.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections, risk assessments and uphold all health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional resort teams to streamline activity operations and contribute ideas for program enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience guiding adventure and outdoor activities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Strong swimming ability with proven experience in snorkeling and fishing.
• Proficiency in desert mountain biking, safari guiding, hiking and camping.
• Valid GCC driving licence.
