About the role
Euro Motors is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead its Service and Parts departments in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position will drive profitability, ensure top‑class customer service, and support the growth of our automotive division.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of service and parts teams to meet business targets.
- Develop and execute strategies that maximise departmental revenue and profitability.
- Handle escalated customer complaints to maintain the highest satisfaction levels.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage parts inventory, including stock control, ordering and logistics.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and financial budgets, reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and health‑and‑safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar senior role, preferably in luxury automotive.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen with budgeting, financial control and P&L responsibility.
- In‑depth knowledge of vehicle service, repair and parts management.
- Strategic thinker capable of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Required skills
- Dealer Management Systems (DMS) proficiency
