AI Specialist

About the role

The AI Specialist will support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of practical AI solutions across the business. Working with business teams, IT, and external partners, the role explores AI opportunities, pilots initiatives, and promotes responsible AI use.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and assess AI tools, models, agents, and platforms for business relevance.
• Research, recommend, and develop small AI pilots and proofs of concept.
• Support departments in documenting AI opportunities, evaluating use cases, and gathering feedback.
• Coordinate AI projects, track timelines, risks, and outcomes, and document lessons learned.
• Maintain clear documentation, user guides, and progress reports while ensuring security and responsible AI practices.

Required profile

• Good understanding of modern AI tools and their business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and experimentation skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into AI use cases and communicate AI concepts in simple language.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and roughly three years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot Studio, Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, JavaScript, C#.
• Understanding of large language models, prompting, AI agents, automation, and cloud platforms such as Azure.
