Application Specialist – KeyLoop (Dealer Management System)

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for a dedicated Application Specialist to become the primary expert for the KeyLoop (Autoline) Dealer Management System within its automotive division. Based in Sitra, Bahrain, you will ensure the system runs smoothly, supports users effectively, and contributes to overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot the KeyLoop (Autoline) DMS.
• Provide technical support and maintain user accounts.
• Ensure system security, availability, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Integrate the DMS with other IT systems and develop required reports.
• Maintain documentation and assist with month‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with KeyLoop (Autoline) DMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail processes (sales, after‑sales, parts, service).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
