Architect – Design & Documentation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Architect to lead and contribute to the full design cycle, from concept through detailed documentation. You will translate project requirements into architectural solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, space‑planning layouts, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models and visualisations for design presentations.
• Coordinate architectural work with structural, MEP, interior and other technical disciplines.
• Review materials, finishes, construction methods and architectural details to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support design coordination, evaluate solutions against project requirements and identify potential technical or planning issues.
• Communicate design intent clearly to stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, building systems, materials and construction methods.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, standards and approval processes.
• Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
